Feel Well RD is currently a self-pay practice. Upon request, a Superbill for nutrition counseling can be provided for you to submit to your insurance company for possible out-of-network reimbursement. Reimbursement is not guaranteed and varies by plan. We recommend contacting your insurance provider to verify your benefits. A referral with ICD-10 code from your physician or qualified healthcare provider may be required for Superbills.
Payment Methods
All major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, ACH Direct Debit, personal check, Zelle, Venmo, HSA/FSA are accepted.
Payments are securely processed through Stripe, our third-party payment processor. Payment information is handled using industry-standard security measures, and credit card details are not stored directly by Feel Well RD.
Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours. notice, or missed without notice, are subject to a $50 fee, regardless of appointment length.
For prepaid individual appointments, the $50 fee will be deducted from the payment, and the remaining balance will be refunded. Exceptions may be made for emergencies at the provider's discretion.
Initial Nutrition Counseling Appointment (60 minutes): $180.00
Follow-up Nutrition Counseling Appointment (15 minutes): $45.00
Follow-up Nutrition Counseling Appointment (30 minutes): $90.00
Follow-up Nutrition Counseling Appointment (45 minutes): $135.00
Food Sensitivity LEAP Therapy Program fee is $480.00 and includes four individual nutirtion counseling appointments.
Payment is divided into two installements.
First Payment: $240 — Collected at the time of online booking.
Second Payment: $240 — Invoiced when your MRT results appointment is scheduled.
Additional Laboratory Fees:
MRT Food Sensitivity Test: $355, paid directly to Oxford Biomedical Technologies.
Blood Draw Fee: Varies by locasion and is paid seperately.
Virtual nutrition counseling is available throughout California, with a special focus on Santa Cruz County, Placer County and the greater Sacramento area.
Limited in-person visits may also be available for residents of 55+ communities in Lincoln and Roseville. Please contact Melissa to inquire about availability.
